3 miles various incline on the stationary bike, 2 miles on the elliptical and treadmill, an hour of strength training and ab workout, an hour of climbing on the bouldering wall, and an hour of hip hop cardio with Sabreenski. Total: 4 hour workout!
Also, I can hold a plank for 2 minutes without breaking a sweat now. So excited!
And we’re never taking the hip hop cardio ever again. LOL. I swear, I’ve never been so annoyed at an instructor in my life.
