Going to the gym for two hours instead of taking a nap is always the better decision. I need to remember that. I don’t know why I always have to find the motivation to go, when in the end I never want to leave.

On the plus side, I’m making progress! 4lbs lighter and building more muscle feels amazing. My brain is already in summer mode, just can’t wait for my body to be :D
