Day one of training: 4.5 hour workout today! I’m definitely going to feel it in the morning D: But got to do the bouldering wall (with Sabraina!), take a yoga class, weight training and 5+ miles on the track and machines. My ankle is still not up to par, but it feels SO GOOD to finally exercise again.
