3 miles various incline on the stationary bike, 2 miles on the elliptical and treadmill, an hour of strength training and ab workout, an hour of climbing on the bouldering wall, and an hour of hip hop cardio with Sabreenski. Total: 4 hour workout!
Also, I can hold a plank for 2 minutes without breaking a sweat now. So excited!
And we’re never taking the hip hop cardio ever again. LOL. I...

Aww yeah. Can you really have too much protein? lmao.
Going to the gym for two hours instead of taking a nap is always the better decision. I need to remember that. I don’t know why I always have to find the motivation to go, when in the end I never want to leave.
On the plus side, I’m making progress! 4lbs lighter and building more muscle feels amazing. My brain is already in summer...
So over this sore throat I’ve had for days, my sore inner thighs that make me walk like a man, and interacting with people in general.
Can I just sit in the sun and sand for the rest of my life watching the world from afar?
